Profile Name & Picture: If you’ve set them publicly on WhatsApp.

Timestamps: When you send and receive messages.
Technical Data
IP Address & Device Info: Collected by WhatsApp/META for delivery; we only see limited metadata.
We DO NOT collect or store any payment information, government IDs, or other sensitive personal data.
Provide & Improve the Service: Processing your messages to generate responses.
Analytics & Troubleshooting: Analyzing anonymized logs to fix bugs and optimize performance.
Compliance & Safety: Detecting misuse, spam, or abuse.
We never sell your personal data or use it for undisclosed purposes.
Consent: By interacting with the Chatbot, you consent to this processing.
Legitimate Interests: Maintaining and improving our service; preventing fraud.

Meta Platforms, Inc.: WhatsApp-hosted data (messages, phone numbers) is processed and stored by Meta under their Privacy Policy.

Chat History: Retained for up to 90 days, then irreversibly deleted or anonymized.
